SharePoint, Power Automate, Plumsail Forms
When a design became obsolete, a paper notice traveled to every department, one at a time, whether or not the change affected them. A single notice could take up to 9 weeks to finish its route. Until it did, an obsolete design could still be printed, risking scrap, reprints and customer complaints.
A SharePoint list to record obsolete designs, and a Power Automate flow that reads each design's features and routes the notice only to the departments it affects, all at the same time, with acknowledgments tracked.

Boomi, EDI 856, Radius ERP, RestFul API
When a supplier shipment arrived, receiving staff keyed every line by hand: item, quantity, lot and package IDs, all copied from paper packing slips into the ERP. A truck could take 1 to 2 hours to receive, so material was often put away in the warehouse before its receipt was entered. Until someone caught up, the ERP showed it as missing. Jobs were held, buyers reordered material already on site, and inventory counts drifted.
An integration that takes in the supplier's EDI 856 Advance Ship Notices, validates them, generates a properly formed API call, and drops the data into the client's Radius ERP before the truck arrives. Built with Boomi. When the shipment lands, receivers pull up the ASN, scan the packages to confirm, and post the receipt in a few clicks. Any discrepancies are flagged for review right away instead of being discovered weeks later.
